Background
At age 9, I convinced my mom to get me Portal 2 on Xbox 360. I thought Valve was the coolest company in the world, scrolled through their job listings, and picked the title that sounded the coolest: Level Designer. A few bad levels later, I switched to programming — but my life path was already decided.
Having that direction so early made everything easier to focus. I studied the game developer program at LBS Stockholm to The Game Assembly, where I just graduated from.
I care most about the parts of game development where code produces something you can see and feel directly — shader programming, graphics pipelines, gameplay systems, the fast iteration loop between an idea and something playable. I want to make things that are meaningful to play, the same way Portal 2 was meaningful to me.
